INGREDIENTS
500g high quality beef mince – we love Tasmanian Cape Grim beef
1 onion finely chopped
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 egg
Small bunch parsley finely chopped
Handful grated parmesan
Tasman Sea Salt with Pepper Berry
Light olive oil for frying
METHOD
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, except the oil for frying, and season well with Tasman Sea Salt Pepper Berry.
Form the mixture into meatballs with your hands.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs on all sides.
Serve with a simple tomato sauce of onion, garlic, herbs, tomatoes and Tasman Sea Salt Natural Flakes, on top of pasta or with creamy polenta.
