Use our Tasman Sea Salt mixes to make fantastic flavoured butters which can be easily stored and used as required on grilled meats, fish or roasted vegetables
Whip up softened unsalted butter with one teaspoon of Tasman Sea Salt with Pepper Berry or Tasman Sea Salt with Wakame Seaweed per 100g of butter . Roll into a log, wrap in clingfilm and store in the fridge until required. Then simply cut rounds from the roll to melt over grilled meat, fish or vegetables
