INGREDIENTS
Ocean trout fillet
Wakame sea salt butter - see recipe
Lemon
Fresh herbs - dill, parsley, tarragon, chives
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Take a piece of aluminum foil and place fillet of ocean trout on top.
Cover with a couple of slices of wakame seaweed butter (see recipe), a squeeze of lemon juice and fresh herbs.
Fold up the edges of the foil and seal so the fish fillet is encased in a foil packet.
Place in the oven and bake in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes, depending on the size of the fillet.
When cooked, remove from the oven and open up the foil packet and remove the fish along with all the buttery juices and herbs. Finish with more herbs and lemon juice as desired.
