Salt Sommelier in the press, May 2023

We were excited this May to have the TVNZ (New Zealand) crew come and visit us here on the east coast of Tassie, to do a live cross on the TVNZ Breakfast show. It was an early start, but absolutely worth it to have the chance to talk live about our Salt Sommelier experience and share our passion for all things food and flavour - demonstrating how salt amplifies, intensifies and also modifies flavour with presenter Matt Gibbs. It was great to show off the pristine Tasmanian ocean where our pure Australian sea salt comes from and our unique clean energy salt harvesting process - all to the accompaniment of a pretty glorious sunrise.

Our Salt Sommelier experience also made it into Air New Zealand’s Kia Ora magazine this month as well, and we even featured in Rolling Stone this month - so all in all we’re feeling a little rock star at the moment!
